Return Guidelines

We pride ourselves on a tradition of outstanding customer care and support. Our devoted team of account representatives understands that our customers are the hallmark of our enduring partnerships. It is important for our customers to understand the standards that have been established within our industry regarding the terms and conditions of a sale. These are Galenus Medical Solution’s (“galenusmedical.com”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the galenusmedical.com website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Galenus Medical Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.

Damaged Shipments. If your shipment arrives damaged the Shipment must be refused if you notice any visible damage or tampering on the box. Should the shipment be accepted, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately. Concealed damage on a shipment must be reported within 7 days. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all return restrictions. Damage claims regarding cabinets must be made directly to shipping carrier (FedEx). Galenus Medical will provide a replacement cabinet at no additional charge upon resolution of shipping carrier damage claim.

Products that are received by Galenus Medical in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from Galenus Medical.
  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
  • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may be rejected.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged. This is would not be considered a return.
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

Refund Policy

Non-Defective Product Return. Customers may return most non-defective items to us within 30 days of invoice, either for credit or exchange. An automatic 25% restocking fee applies to all such returns. All shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable. Cabinets are not accepted for returns.
