I had pneumonia and this helped me sleep upright enough to breathe better but not too steep of a slope to cause derriere or back pain (I used it for 4 weeks of recovery!) It’s built sturdy enough for a plus size adult but soft enough and -height adjustable-for my kids to use when they got a plain flu a few weeks later. Washable cover was a definite plus, we used enough mentholated rub to build a slip & slide during the illnesses. I would like to see pillow covers in different colors just to have a spare while washing.

This is soft but firm enough to hold your head or body up. Wish I would have ordered sooner. Perfect comfort and soft shell Did take a couple days to full inflate up tho.

Not sure it is worth the extra cost of the small wedge because it never fully “inflated”. It’s all vacuum packaged so it’s smaller to ship but the small section did not survive that well, it is still sunk in in the center after a couple of months. Other than that the large wedge portion is fine and works well.
