  • A2. Make sure there’s no gap between the pillow & your shoulder. It has two heights, the higher side is firmer than the lower side. We suggest to use the higher side or put towels under the pillow if it’s too soft, or use the lower side if too firm.

  • A3. It’s a normal situation that you may experience some discomfort during the first two weeks while your body is trying to adjust to the correct position. Our pillows are ergonomically designed to protect your spine for a long-term use.

  • A4. The package WON’T affect the support of the pillow as it’s made of high density slow rebound memory foam. It’ll go back to its original shape right away when the package is opened. It’s more convenient for you to carry our pillow when you travel.

    I bought this for a pinched nerve in my neck that I’d had for weeks, and it made sleeping difficult. After a couple of nights with this pillow, my pain was significantly improved. I really didn’t expect the pillow to make a significant impact, but I was happily surprised. I still use it, just because it’s comfortable, and I’ve had it for a few months now. I tend to use the higher curved side, and it’s comfortable on my back or my side. I even bought one for my mom about a month ago, because she uses a CPAP, and the headgear can get uncomfortable at night when the pillow moves or bunches up. She said it’s given her a good night’s sleep since she started using it. Mine has retained its shape thus far, so it seems pretty durable. I also keep it in a pillowcase, in addition to the zip cover it came in, just to make my washing easier. I think this pillow is a great value for the money, compared to the pricier options out there.

    “I’ve tried all sorts of pillows in the past, and none of them have really worked for me as well as the Anvo Memory Foam Pillow. I’ve been dealing with neck pain for a while, and it’s been a real pain (literally) to get a good night’s sleep. But since I started using this pillow, I’ve been sleeping like a baby.The memory foam conforms to my head and neck perfectly, and it gives me the support I need. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. And the best part is that it works well no matter what position I sleep in. Whether I’m on my back, stomach, or side, the pillow adjusts to my position and provides the perfect level of support. This is a huge plus for me as I often switch positions throughout the night.The cover of the pillow is also breathable, which helps to keep me cool and comfortable throughout the night. With previous pillows, I used to wake up annoyed and overheated, but that hasn’t happened since I started using this pillow.The pillow comes with a machine washable cover, but I put my own pillowcase on it anyway and it works just fine.All in all, I highly recommend the Anvo Memory Foam Pillow to any guy out there who’s dealing with neck pain. It’s made a huge difference in my sleep and I can’t imagine going back to my old pillow. I give it a full endorsement.
