Constructed with supportive, high quality, precision cut foam, the AB Contour pillow supports the neck in its most natural position, easing neck pain and shoulder stiffness. To help restore proper neck posture while sleeping, simply place the support lobe under the neck to help provide mild correction. The luxurious satin cover helps: promote healthy skin and hair, reduce friction against face to help prevent wrinkles, reduce hair breakage and pulling, and also keep hair in place. Unlike many lower quality fabrics, our satin cover contains no moisture absorbing material, so it does not deplete moisture from hair and skin. It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow, and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow achieve the best results. The satin cover is removable. I already have 3 of these pillows that I have had for years. I sleep with one under my neck and use one in the recliner. my old ones need replacing.

very disappointed It is so hard it can’t be called a pillow. There is no comfort to using this at all.

The satin cover is nice. It can be removed for cleaning. I was hoping the foam would be like a memory foam but since it’s not, it may take some breaking in. It’s very firm for side sleeping and for me not too comfortable. I tuck it under my down pillow so that I have the neck support but with some added cushion for the head to offset the firm foam. I’m hoping it’ll break in soon; so far I’ve slept on it for 1.5 weeks.
