I really like my chair. It goes really well and is lightweight. I can now go to the store and not be scared on the really big carts they have in the stores.

The product isn’t the issue Culver Mobility is. I purchased the chair for my husband to use at our daughters June 30th wedding. He had a similar chair that was not in great shape, he used it daily after losing his leg to cancer. The first chair was not ordered from amazon and took weeks to arrive, to ensure we received the chair on time I placed my order on April 24th. The chair arrived on May 1st we opened the box to ensure the chair was what we ordered and not damaged. The chair was placed back into the original box and put away to ensure it was in pristine condition for the wedding. Unfortunately my husband lost his two year battle with cancer on June 15th just 15 days before our daughters wedding. I attempted to return the chair on Galenus Medical only to learn the return window closed on May 27th. Galenus Medical suggested I reach out Culver Mobility directly. I have done so several time with phone calls, emails and web inquires all have gone unanswered. Very disappointed in Culver Mobility, there are many other companies selling similar products on Galenus Medical. I would suggest you do not purchase a chair from Culver Mobility. They clearly don’t care enough about their customers to return a email or phone call. I understand it’s past the window of return but was hoping to work with Culver Mobility to come to some resolution.

Finally I found a chair that will work for me. It feels safe, it’s well made, and it goes smoothly. I don’t always have to use it, but when I have used it it has performed well.UPDATE! I brought this on our vacation to Los Cabos and I can’t say enough about how awesome this chair was. It performed perfectly!There were several long and steep ramps that I had to climb to get to the restaurants that were elevated (so you can get an ocean view) and this chair handled it like a champ. We were there 2 weeks and never had a single problem. It went well through the airports and was easy to fold down. You have to remove the battery to fly, but the company sends you a really nice bag to carry it in, and you just use it like a regular carry-on. This company thought of everything.I was in the chair for long periods of time and it was comfortable. I just can’t say enough about this chair and it’s performance. I had two other power sheelchairs prior to this and this was by far the best! And the cost roughly the same amount so it’s a great buy.

Product very sturdy, aand works extremely well once you figure out how it all works. Problem is; instructions are poorly translated, but once you work though them and use customer videos to undertstand them you’ll have a great eletreic wheelchair for an affordable price.

I was happy when the wheelchair arrived. Now I’m not happy at all. The wheelchair is very heavy (65lbs). There is no way people could get it folded up and get it in a trunk of a car. My Husband can’t lift it.I can’t use it in house, the speed control is not working properly. The lowest speed is very, very fast. I’ve had an electric wheelchair before from, Drive Mobility. When I set on slow, it gave me slower speeds so I could move around my home.My wheelchair is DANGEROUS!!
