After back surgery the wife needed this to help her getting in and out of bed. It has long bars that slides in between the mattresses, and adjustable legs that make it it very stable when putting weight on it. The top rails adjust for length as well. Very nice and affordable. Is easily assembled no tools required.

Only one issue I had is I have a really thick mattress and the 2 legs just barely reach. Really could be longer. But overall happy with the product.
