I had given up on finding a walker that checked all the boxes … and then I found this one. My list of must-haves …High hand grips to allow upright walking posture.Light weight for easy lifting up stairs or into car.Big wheels to allow easy movement on outdoors/uneven ground.Seat to allow sitting & resting.Storage bag for misc. items.Well built to last. While using it, we discovered some added bonuses …The back rest is very comfortable, just the right height and nicely padded. The one step fold-up makes collapsing it a one-handed task and very easy. We use the same feature to make the walker narrower to fit through tighter spaces. The light weight and easy fold-up means I can carry this walker in one hand and assist my wife up stairs if needed. We use a small piece of rug anti-slip mat to prevent slipping off the seat (stored in the storage bag). After 2 months of daily use, we are very pleased to have found this gem. Many people have asked us about it, and we recommend it highly.

After pouring over so many reviews to find the BEST rollator, the detailed reviews on this item stood out and have proven to be accurate and even better than expected. We purchased this for a family member with diminished ambulation, for stability and safety. It’s been a life changer and the peace of mind we were looking for. My husband was a welder at one point in his life and even commented on how well the welding was done! Super easy to assemble and virtually no learning curve. I’m astounded at how well the HEAO navigates and moves over all sorts of terrain and how instincts have kicked in when using it. Our family member has never looked back since the day they started using it. The wide wheel base is perfect and the slightly larger wheels in back give that extra peace of mind when the terrain changes or the feeling of unsteadiness occurs. For the price, this is ideal. The red color is beautiful. Well constructed and durable with no questions or issues with the tote bag, cup holder or cane holder. They thought of everything and then some. Fold up easily and snaps back into place with little effort. It’s engineered for simplicity and fits the bill across the board. Very happy with this purchase. 5 Stars!

I have been looking for a rollator that was easy to use, stable, minimal stored footprint, easy to transport, tall enough and at a reasonable cost. This one fits ALL of that and more. I can actually turn around sit down in this AND then stand up, turn and start walking safely. The cane holder is a plus as well as the drink holder. The storage bag is roomy with a zipper enclosure. The bag can come off the frame and has a shoulder strap to carry it. The brakes work very well and the parking brake hold and are easy to release. Unlike other rollators with the back wheel arms on the frame, I don’t have a tendency to accidentally step on the arms of this rollator. The larger tires (10″ front/8″ rear) make it easier to go over sidewalk cracks and bumps. The rear frame pedals make it easy to lift the front over curbs, etc. I don’t have to bend over because I can adjust the height up to 38 inches! I weigh 270lbs and the first time I sat down in this, I was in an awkward position and came down hard on the seat. It didn’t bend or break unlike what some others have stated. Very stable and strong. I worked as a mechanical engineer and did structural analysis using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This type of design and material is very solid and safe. This is my third rollator purchase and should be my last. I would highly recommend and purchase this again. Note – I was not compensated in any way for this review.

I only have 2 small things I dislike. The cup holder isn’t “fixed” so if you have a top heavy water bottle it will flip upside down. Now I did rectify this by tightening it with an Allen Key, however the screw now sticks out just enough to make it difficult to pull the cup holder on and off for transport. The other thing being I wish the Velcro for holding an umbrella was slightly longer so that it fits around the taller larger umbrellas.Other than that I truly love this rollator. I am 32 years old with several chronic illnesses that make simple outings into “marathons” for me. Having this mobility aide has decreased my anxiety and encourages me to leave the house. The large wheels make it easy to traverse different terrain. It’s extremely easy to fold up and fits behind a seat or a trunk with no problem. Light weight enough so that lifting it into a car isn’t like heaving a 50lb bag of food. I really like the large detachable bag, which is still accessible when sitting down. And I haven’t had any issue of it falling off when the rollator is folded up. It’s very sturdy and easily adjustable. I am 6’0” tall and 245lbs, with very wide hips. The seat is wide enough and still generally comfortable for short sittings. I like that I can lock the breaks, which makes positional changes feel safe and secure. My absolute favorite part is that it’s a beautiful purple, my favorite color. For me, this makes the emotional burden of needing a mobility aide easier. Having something that looks sleek and cute (and matches many of my outfits) helps break the stigma of being young and disabled.
