Our therapy clinic purchased this product to help treat our patients with functional mobility limitations. This product never worked. The power light illuminated, but the bike never worked. I could never find the contact information for the manufacturer to troubleshoot this product. Galenus Medical could not help troubleshoot nor did they have contact information for this product. I have to send back. This was a faulty product at best; furthermore, it is poor customer service when the consumer cannot contact the manufacturer concerning their products. Total disappointment!

My bought this arm and leg exercise bike for my parents that they can work on their arms and legs while watching TV. It’s easy to assemble, and works quietly. The design is very elegant and doesn’t take up much space. It’s super easy to use, great for my parents who are in their 70s. I also like how it has two modes, resistance and auto mode, and it’s easy to switch during exercise.

I can’t find ant foot attachments to keep a person foot from slipping off the pedals. The rubber straps doesn’t secure the foot!
