- 2. Synchronous traction balance: The “1-shaped” knobs design makes it easier for you to keep the same traction force on both sides of the cervical. Each time turn the both side knobs 180-degree counterclockwise, the device will rise and push the cervical synchronously. At the initial stage, don’t pull too tight or adjust the sides too high.
- 3. Start with small traction: Neck circumference: 13.7-16.8 inches, Neck height: 3.2-4.7 inches. The cervical traction device restores and maintains the C-curve of the neck by stretching (rather than fixing or massaging), so you may feel pain and uncomfortable feeling of squeezing. You can adjust the height and tightness to produce a gentle stretch. Using 2-3 times per day for for a period of time, the discomfort symptoms such as stiff neck, tension will gradually relieved!

Stretch neck muscles more evenly: Touch the electric air pump with your fingers to inflate at a constant speed, uniform traction helps better relieve intercervical compression and promote the spine align. I’ve had neck & back pain forever. I’ve had many surgeries over the years. Although several worked, some didn’t. Even with painkillers there are days that the pain is unlivable.This machine has been very helpful on those days. It’s not a miracle or anything, it’s just eases the pain so I can have a life.

The cervical neck traction brace arrived just as I was struggling with severe pain from over-doing it in a recent home repair project.Out-of-the-box it was easy to use, with minimal assembly: just connect the front and back, attach the air pump (which is really cool!) and you’re ready to go.The electric inflator pump is a great addition that delivers air to cushioning pads on the rear support. Turning the knob on the back clockwise assures a snug fit while clockwise rotation of the handles on each side lifts the front half to provide traction.The device feels very sturdy and the features are of medical grade quality. The quick-release connector on the pump lets air escape rapidly when you’re ready to take off the brace.I’m a veteran of far too many spine surgeries, now facing cervical spine surgery, and I’m very pleased that I bought this product to give my neck some relief from constant pressure on nerve roots.A big benefit of the device is that it supports your neck while giving protection from excessive movement or strain that could further damage delicate nerve roots, disks and vertebrae.I’m confident this brace is at least as solid as anything my surgeon would recommend. I’m very pleased.

I have tried a zillion neck stretching device for pain relief. NOTHING. I mean I might feel a little sore; which would imply some stretching. However, after 8-10 min. I am STRETCHED. Like INSTANT PAIN RELIEF!!! I cannot stress that I have been dealing with this for over 30 years and a million MDs and Chiro. I’m not cured but hell there’s some relief. That’s something!!! Great product. Just a little hard to get on with my fat head. Lol
