Ergonomically Designed
Each curve all fits different areas of the chin, neck, chest, and shoulders. The pressure on cervical spine will be distributed to these areas and different directions, which helps to reduce the burden on the neck and thus relax the surrounding muscles. Please note: You will feel pain in these locations for a short period of time because of squeezing. Although these will not cause any damage to the body, we do not recommend that you purchase our neck traction device if you require more comfort or these parts of your body cannot withstand any squeezing.
5-Level of Adjustable Height
The neck traction force is managed by turning the 2 side knobs. You can adjust them to suit your neck height. The change for each level is 0.3 inch. Using double-action force, using shoulders as support, lifts evenly from both cheeks, and truly lifts your head. Please note: Each time you turn, please turn the sides knob 180 degrees counterclockwise to enter the next height level. If the rotation is not in place, it may cause sliding or inconsistent heights on both sides. Start off slowly from the lowest intensity, don’t adjust the sides too high at the beginning.
Air Columns & Rear Knob
Turn the back knob clockwise to the most appropriate size, and let airbag close to the neck. Then use manual pump to inflate to the most comfortable level and disconnect it quickly to avoid leakage. Feel the airbag pressing against the back of your neck, prop up the back of your head while provide auxiliary protection, makes neck traction angle more reasonable. Usually, it takes time for the body to get used to this way of corrective spinal alignment, so some discomfort will be experienced. Note: 1. Deflate before removing the device. 2 .Before pumping up the device, make sure the air nozzle and hand pump are connected in place.

Used for a couple weeks now and works great. Only complaint is i wish the lowest setting was a little bit lower. I must have a short neck because the lowest setting is already kinda tight on my chin but it still works fine, just a small nit pick.

Trouble with fitting chin area.When I try to fit under the chin, trying to avoid covering lips by adjusting with air inflation and turning tighter backside, I begin to feel dizzy and uncomfortable, I have to remove all.I on had cervical spine surgery about 2 months ago.
