This is a nice elderly assist handle for my wife. It is positioned almost at head level, enough for her to grab and help push up to a sitting position. We have a king size bed so we didn’t need the strap which attaches to the bed frame. There is no way my wife could push the rail out of the present position.It is easy to assemble, just make sure to read directions. I slid the rail under the mattress and box spring and was surprised as to how sturdy it is!I would recommend this railing to anyone. Great price as well!
