   This rollator came well packaged from the delivery. Out of the box, the assembly to only minutes and absolutely took no tools at all. This units is light weight and folds easily for transport. Large storage bag that is easily removed stored in the front for all your shopping needs. Comfortable seat and back pad makes a great spot to stop and take a break as needed. The brakes are easy to and hold well but are adjustable as needed. It comes with a cup and cell phone holder but we have found it knocks off easy while collapsing and placing in vehicle. Also, if you have a very large phone the holder will more than likely not fit. The storage bag had an expansion chamber that double as a travel bag for the entire unit for flights or other travel where storage in the bag is necessary. The design is very stable and the oversized tires make for a stable platform for uneven terrain.

   Not as light as my Mom’s 17 year old rollator but much sturdier.Not as bulky as one that was passed on to me from a neighbor.It arrived 3 days early. My husband had it out of the box and assembled in 15 minutes.He didn’t even need the directions which I found in the bag after the rollator was set up.I’ve had it less than six hours, test drove it all around the house inside and outside.It is very quiet and moves easily on all types of flooring, grass, and driveway.And unlike my older models the both brakes actually stop it on a dime .It drives true and straight. It does not pull to either side.Like others have mentioned the cup holder does protrude out too far.My Samsung phone will fit into the phone holder but it does not easily slide back out.If the cup/phone holder was a big priority to me I would have given it 4 stars.Since I knew about this issue and don’t need this feature I gave it 5 starsI am extremely pleased with my purchase.

   I love this Walker and it was very helpful when I got out of the hospital from back surgery. The only problem I have with that is that the holders are attached to this each side and it’s so easy to break them off which I did because they hang out too far trying to get through a doorway or through the house is this difficult so mine didn’t last they ended up in the trash but otherwise the Walker is incredible. I love it. It’s very comfortable. I love the color when the reason I bought it was the color the purple.
