What a Godsend this has been after lower lumbar back surgery. It offers so many sitting/sleeping options. I love it for sitting upright to read in bed and then adjusting so that I can comfortably sleep on my back or side. I’m still in a post-op stage, but I think I will continue to use it when I’m totally recovered. Included is a sheet showing the many ways to use these “pieces” that Velcro together – useful for back, legs, neck. Awesome!

Absolutely essential in my facelift recovery, as doctor wanted me to sleep elevated for 1-2 weeks. The pillow was firm but still soft and comfortable. The included neck pillow really helped make my neck feel stable. The width was wider than others I looked at which is why I purchased this one. Several different configurations to suit your needs.
Crystal –
I just received this yesterday, but I already like it. The packaging warns that there may be a new foam smell so you should air it out for a few days, but I didn’t notice a smell at all. That’s a big plus for me. I set it up on my bed and felt instant relief on my back. The zippers are a little thin and the velcro straps could be a longer, but for what I paid, I’m satisfied. I’ll update this review if I have any issues after regular use, but so far so good.
