   Bought this for my father who had cancer and he wasn’t able to use it in in time. Saved it for my mother and it really came in handy. No instructions but once I figured out how to assemble it was durable and sturdy and it worked great for her.

   This is a really neat seat ++! This is exactly what I needed for my mother-in-law’s bedroom. She has dementia and gets up literally every 5 minutes in a loop, to urinate, no matter how little. The goes on for hours and hours before sleep. It’s exhausting, but easier now!She also has a tough time making it to the potty, at times. This is safe, closer, and easier for everybody, as we have to constantly get up to follow her and support her, or clean up her bed. She’s too stubborn to wear diapers for her incontinence issues. Gotta admire her gusto still, but it’s increasingly hard. I also have 3 tween & teen girls at home. Often she needs to go & one of them is in there, making it a stressful situation. Problem? Solution!This chair is built incredibly. I wish I had another for my kids on the go, like camping, etc. odd as that may sound. It is an asset. Even potty training, if it’s worth it to you! It may help some. I had twins, so yeah 😂.It supports up to 600 lbs., which is most every adult. It has adjustable legs, a padded seat and easy cover toilet bowl. Urine that drips onto the rim, through gravity, rolls down into the commode, and into the ‘drain’ AKA bucket. It’s really something! You got your side rail & handles for safety. It’s a well-built product for injured folks, the elderly, the ill and others who need a helping hand when nature calls!It’s highly convenient, and it’s light enough that I can move it around the room with ease, BUT.. the urine bucket fails to have a second handle to help balance it out. That’s the only design flaw that I can make note of. You have to hold securely underneath, or you’ll have a bigger mess then you’d have started with. As long as you go in knowing this.. you’ll be Ok, but it has the potential to be messy- so take great care 👍. Hold securely during emptying.4.25 stars for slightly exceeding my expectations. Highly convenient. I took off for the bucket design only. It’s otherwise perfect, thus far. It helped get us through the night with some sanity & less stress with hub’s mama. The price, I am unsure of with such a product, but it does not SEEM over the top to me, but again, it’s my first.. I don’t know the value aspect for sure, but it appears worth it, to me.    This commode works great. It was extremely easy to assemble and I love that it comes with multiple buckets. However, it is extremely narrow (for some of us “broader” folks with hips) – I just removed the arms (easy) and it solved this issue.
