Weight of Rollator Walkers
Portability is essential, and rollator walkers feature lightweight designs, generally weighing between 12 and 20 pounds. This makes them ideal for travel, storage, or everyday use, allowing users to easily lift and maneuver them with minimal effort for maximum convenience.
Foldability of Rollator Walkers
Yes, rollator walkers are foldable, equipped with simple folding mechanisms for compact storage in cars, homes, or during travel. When folded, they take up minimal space, enhancing portability and making them a practical choice for users on the go.
Seat Size and Height
Comfort matters, and rollator walkers come with seats typically ranging from 14 to 18 inches in width, accommodating various body sizes for comfortable resting. Seat heights are crafted to suit most users, ensuring ease when sitting down or standing up during use.
Adjustable Handlebars
Handlebar adjustability is a key feature of rollator walkers, with heights typically adjustable between 31 and 38 inches. This range allows users of different heights to maintain proper posture and comfort while walking, supporting a personalized and ergonomic experience.
Wheel Type and Outdoor Suitability

Brakes and Their Functionality
Safety is critical, and rollator walkers feature hand brakes, often loop or push-down styles, for easy control. These brakes typically lock to provide stability when sitting, preventing unwanted movement and offering users confidence in their mobility aid.

Lightweight (10.6 pounds), folds easily, so you don’t have to be an athlete to put it in the car, so the range in which a user can walk on their own is vastly increased. Excellent design, brake cables not exposed so they’re safer, the holes for height adjustment are aligned with the brads so you don’t have to rotate the connector, the brakes work well, the handles are positioned to help you get closer to the walker. The seat means that the user can stop and rest if necessary. If you are out in the world and need to put the walker, say, against a wall or near a table, it folds up nicely to occupy much less space. There’s an accompanying small bag to transport things that you can attach if you like. This was our user’s fourth walker and its user doesn’t use any of the others anymore. We’ve already allowed a friend to try our byAcre walker out and they’re ordering their own. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it to get one’s life back.

I have a Drive walker, which is well built and served excellently as a walker and a carry-all for my purse, shopping bags, small suitcase, and many other things I needed to carry. After five years, I found it, at twenty pounds, became too heavy for me to lift into my car. I found I was skipping outings because I didn’t want to struggle with my walker. I found this Acre Ultra Light walker, but didn’t buy it for several month because of the price. But I was unhappy needing help with my walker when going out to run errands and for fun so I ordered the Acre. The moment I lifted it out of the box, I knew my money was well spent! At ten pounds, I can easily put it into and out of my car. Now I can do errands and go out for fun on my own again. For me, there are two negatives about the Acre. First, it isn’t a good carry-all like my previous (the Beast) walker. Secondly, it does not have a backrest. I suffer from nearly debilitating back pain due to spinal stenosis. The Acre is okay for brief rests, but my back hurts if I sit on it any length of time because there is no support for my back.I paid $81.00 for a back rest from a different company. It is a very cheaply designed and made – from plastic. I requested a code to send it back for a refund. The company immediately processed my refund. But they requested that I not return their product! That justified my assessment of the back rest.In spite of the high price and two negatives, I love my Acre walker. It delivers just what it promised. And I’m enjoying doing errands and going out for fun adventures without worrying about handling my walker.

Excellent product. Very well designed. VERY light weight – my wife can easily pick it up with one hand. Folds up and can be gate-checked (at least on Delta, probably all major airlines). The only two things to comment negatively about are 1) the finish marks easily. After one week of taking it in and out of the back of an SUV, I can see wear on the finish and 2) if you are over about 50, the backrest is all but impossible to attach and it is uncomfortable when you actually get it attached. They say that they are redesigning it.

Great Rolator! Lightweight(10 lbs)And is very attractive ! Bought the White and I love it! Looks very sleek and modern! No assembly EASY to use including unpacking from the box! Folds and unfolds so easily, can store it folded anywhere including the back seat of your car! Maneuvers like a dream and rolls over multiple surfaces with no problem! Love it!

I just bought one and it is everything as advertised and more. Light weight and easy to operate. I especially like the design of the handles. It helps you stand erect when walking. I only wish that I could afford another one.
