The Saunders cervical traction device provides unparalleled traction therapy and is an alternative to long-term clinical care and for some, an alternative to surgery. Cervical traction is delivered in the supine position and the angle is adjustable from 15 to 25 Degrees. The features allow true replication of clinical ments – comfort, angle and force of home ments are identical to what patients would receive in the clinic. The Saunders cervical traction device greatly enhances patient compliance and satisfaction, and provides a comfortable and effective traction experience at home. Insurance billing Code E0849. Pulls from the back of the head to protect the TMJ. Applies up to 50 pounds of traction with patented hand held pump and easy to read gauge. I bought this specific brand and model upon the recommendation of my physical therapist. It brought tremendous relief between appointments and hopefully will save me some future visits as well. She did provide the information on intensity and frequency of use, which I recommend. It was easy to use since I was already familiar with using traction. She also trained me thoroughly so that I didn’t have the issues others mentioned about it not holding.

This was delivered today. I tried to use it n it wouldn’t work. It came with a cut in the tubing. 400 dollars and over a weeks wait and it is broken. Cheap thin tubing too. It didn’t seem so cheap at physical therapy.
