When I received the item the box was opened and the accessories were missing. I contacted the seller and they sent me the accessories. Customer service was very good to work with.This walker is very sturdy and it goes fairly well over my uneven gravel driveway.The only problem I had with it is the cubby for my stuff under the seat, the push closure came undone as soon as I put my oxygen tank in it.I reinforced it with a good ribbon and it fixed the problem. I didn’t turn that in to customer support as I know nothing is perfect. I feel se sitting on the seat when I need a rest and I am a big person so that says a lot.I am very happy with the purchase.

Elenker manufactures basically two styles of 4 Wheeled Rollator Walkers, they consist of their Upright models and their Standard models and those are divided up between the Individual’s weight capacity so their Standard and Upright models are broken down into their two weight capacities, one being in the 300 lbs. range and the other being up to 500 lbs.. The particular model I’m reviewing is what I would label as an All Terrain Standard 4 Wheeled Rollator with a reinforced Aluminum Alloy frame (Model: YF9007F) and it is rated as a Heavy Duty or the Bariatric model for supporting a weight capacity of up to 500 lbs.. This model was so easy to assemble, once unpacked from it protective foam wrapping it took me no more than 10 minutes from start to finish and their User Manual provides large color photos for each step in the assembly and the text is concise and large enough so being in the elderly crowd I didn’t have to grab my lighted magnifying glass to read the instructions. Now to be honest the All Terrain Heavy Duty line for Elenker is my favorite line of their Standard configuration, it’s not that my size requires the weight capacity that comes with the Heavy Duty models since I normally weigh approx. 200 lbs., except during the holiday seasons, but I like the extra 3″ in frame width that comes with it and that translates into a larger foam covered backrest, and a considerably larger as well as thicker, more comfortable, cushioned vinyl seat (approx. 17″ wide x 15.5″ deep). Actually it just provides me with a little more elbow room while seated which I dearly appreciate as well.”Now with the wider frame and all of its’ comforts comes a caveat for some users and that is the extra width of the frame means that you should measure the door width in your home prior to ordering to make sure that the 27″ width from outside to outside of rear wheels will work for all of your door ways that you intend to use within your home and also consider the extra few pounds more in weight than its’ smaller weight model when you get ready to fold, load and transport it in your vehicle (its’ weight is 23 lbs.).” For some this larger size while using it in their homes may prove more cumbersome than the regular standard size but my main use of this larger rollator would be to enjoy getting outdoors more and the benefits it provides while being outside…The other features I like with this model is that it is fitted with their All Terrain Treaded Polyurethane 10″ Tires (front and rear), so these provide great maneuverability outside your home on every type of surface from dirt to gravel to sidewalks. This rollator is fully adjustable for the seat height and the handlebar height to fit any individual according to Elenker since it can fit individuals ranging from 5 feet to 6 feet 4 inches tall. Elenker has also added some convenience features such as a cup holder, a cane holder and don’t forget the larger, very spacious storage compartment beneath the seat. With the quality and durability of the Elenker brand I don’t have any problems recommending this Heavy Duty Rollator Walker for your consideration and if you don’t particularly care for its’ color in Blue you can find the same features as this one in a variety of other colors (Champagne, Red and Purple) to suit your taste just with a simple search on Galenus Medical. This heavy duty model easily rates an overall rating of 5 Stars in my book!

Since the item page has good photos, and it has a good description of this product, I will not bother adding pictures or more of a description.As described, this item is an Upright Rollator Walker. I’ve only had it for a SHORT time, but seems to be made well and sturdy.Unpacking the unit was a pain since they used a lot of zip ties and had to use wire cutters since the zip ties were thick.Putting together the Rollator Walker, was not difficult for me, but can be if not mechanically inclined. The parts are labeled R (Right), L (Left) ect. You will not need any tools to assemble the walker.The seat on the walker is ~17”W X ~16”D, it has a nice cushioning and not like other manufactures that have a canvas sling seats. For a long period of time, it should still be comfortable when you need to sit. The hip room is ~21.5”. The seat height is adjustable from 20”-22”, there are 3 button spring holes to select the height on all 4 wheel supports. The handles are also adjustable by button hold springs.The back support is ok, it is ~10” above the seat. It’s a rounded metal tube that has a ~½” rubber cushion surrounding the tube. The cushioning is 20” wide. I prefer other back supports that are wider in height and is flexible and cradles your back, then just a metal tub surrounded by a cushion.As far as the brakes, unfortunately for me, the brakes had to be adjusted because when I applied the brakes the wheels kept turning. The vendor has instructions to make brake adjustments (without the need for tools). Once the brakes were adjusted, the brakes worked well as far as not allowing the wheels to turn, but if the walker is on a tile or on a smooth surface, the wheel traction is not that great depending on how hard you push or lean on the walker. You can lock the bakes in place by pushing brake handles down for the purpose of keeping the walker in place when trying to sit, keeping the walker in place when not in use, or folding the walker and leaning it against something.I measured the wheels on the walker. The front and rear wheels are 9.5” and not 10”As far as folding the walker, it folds front to back, and can’t stand on its own once folded, you will have to lean it on something. If you need to put it in the car or a storage area (depending on the size of the place for storage), you might have to take the wheels and/or handles off to fit in the car or storage area.
