A dual-axle allows for conversion from 19.5″ to hemi seat to floor height of 17.5″. Flip back, desk-length, padded arms allow the wheelchair user to pull closer to a desk or table with ease. 14-gauge cross braces add durability and strength. Dual-embossed upholstery adds reinforcement.

If you or your loved one will be spending a lot of time in this wheelchair, consider a gel seat cushion. This chair has been the perfect fit through doorways within out home without need for modification. If you require footrests, be sure to purchase them because they are separate purchase items. This chair is certainly budget friendly for someone who needs to navigate their home without being a fall risk and can transfer to other seating for longer term comfortable seating.

Thair oporates smoothly and well. This is the third Invacare chaire I have owned and is far, far superior to another brand the medical equipment company sent me which after using for a short tome went rigt back. Thsis my first time with the nylon apolstry and I like it. It is cooller and much easier to adjust in than the vinyl.

I bought this type of wheelchair for the low back, I already have the SX5 Wheelchair with a higher back. But it was hard to reach behind me, The lower back makes it so much easier. I also switched the armrests from the old chair to the new chair. I don’t care for the new armrests, they feel shorter. But it may be all the bends in the pipe.
