   I’m only using one wedge, and I’m still debating between using the neck roll and using my old pillow, but the fire in my chest is gone!I take medication at bedtime and about half the time it used to feel like I’d swallowed razor blades instead of pills, but with this wedge I haven’t had that issue at all. I had tried those stands that you put under the legs of the bed to angle the whole bed but those made my ankles swell up and the tilted bed was uncomfortable for my partner. These wedges take up just under half of a queen sized bed, so it only changes my angle. It’s still a little weird to be at a different elevation than my partner, but after a few days we were mostly back to our regular sleeping patterns. I can actually sleep through the night without waking up looking for antacids!The pieces took overnight to puff up after being compressed for shipping, and I did put them in a different room in case they smelled bad, but I didn’t notice any kind of odor when they decompressed. I also didn’t notice an odor when I put the wedge on the bed and used my regular pillow, but if I use the neck roll and sort of bury my face in it a bit to sleep I can pick up a very faint smell. I don’t find it any different from any new pillow, and it doesn’t bother me or interfere with my sleep. I was able to get the taller of the two wedges under the fitted sheet, but we have the deep pocket sheets with the elastic bands at the corners. It wouldn’t work if I tried to use both wedges, and I’m not sure it would work without the elastic. I’m a side sleeper, and the slope is gradual and tapers enough that I don’t notice where the wedge ends when I’m using it. It also has enough give that my shoulder doesn’t feel crushed, but enough support that it doesn’t collapse under my weight and it still elevates my torso enough to resolve my issues.If you have issues with heartburn, GERD, or side effects from a hiatal hernia, I would definitely recommend giving this a try. It’s way cheaper than an adjustable bed and it only impacts half the bed. It’s also easy to remove if you need the whole flat bed for something, and just as easy to replace at bedtime. If the foam breaks down in the next 6-12 months I’ll be back to update this, but as long as it holds up it was a totally worthwhile purchase!

   I would give these pillows no stars if allowed. These pillows are not as advertised. They come compressed and the ad verbiage says they will self inflate within 48 hours. The two wedge pillows didn’t inflate, even after a month of waiting.I sent feedback to the company but never heard from them during that month of waiting so I wouldn’t count on customer service if you have problems.This is the first time I’ve had a foam product fail to inflate and I’ve bought a good number of compressed-foam items. It is like the foam has melted so it can’t inflate. Who is responsible for this is unknown to me, but the seller should have sent replacements or at least contacted me.So I would say let the buyer beware. Maybe, if handled correctly, the pillows work as they should. But there is apparently a batch of them that have been damaged so be prepared to return the pillows if they don’t inflate. I’d have returned mine if I’d had a way to do it.

   Very adaptable for different sleeping needs. I can elevate my legs and my upper torso for a good nights sleep. It alleviates carpal tunnel pain
