   I honestly didn’t expect this pillow to make such a big difference, but it really has. I’ve been dealingwith mild sleep apnea and occasional acid reflux, and was struggling to find a comfortable way to sleep without waking up constantly or feeling sore in the morning.I decided to try this 3-piece wedge pillow set, and after a few nights of getting used to it, I’m sleepingso much better. The incline helps with breathing and digestion, and it’s reduced both my snoring andreflux. I wake up feeling more rested and with less back and neck stiffness.What I really like is how adjustable it is. Some nights I just use the main wedge, and other times Iadd the smaller pieces for leg elevation or neck support, especially when I’m reading or watching TV in bed. The foam is firm but comfortable, and the cover is soft and easy to remove for washing.Whether you’re dealing with breathing issues, back pain, or just want a more supportive way to relaxin bed, I really recommend giving this a shot. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s helped me a lot and it’sway more comfortable than I expected.

   I was very excited to get this wedge pillow to help with neck issues. It took very little time for it to fully expand from being so compressed in packaging. It can be set up and used in 10 different ways, and thank goodness it comes with a nice sized paper showing all of the different positions of where to place the 3 different pillows. I have already used a few for the neck and for the legs. The pillow itself it made of good quality memory foam. The reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the velcro strips to hold the circular pillow are not very well attached, with one that arrived with it not fully attached, looking like the sewing machine skipped part of it. Also, the tabs on both sides of the circular pillow are too long to attach it properly to the velcro on the bigger wedge pillow. And, it has to be attached in order for it to be used, but the pillow sags. I will have to cut and sew this myself in order to fix this mistake, and until I do, I will need to use a pillow of mine to help make this perfectly comfortable. The cover is removable for washing with a zipper that’s on 3 sides of the 2 wedged pillows, which will make it easier to remove and put back on, but since it is a tight fight, it is still a bit frustrating. Overall, I do like the functionality of this wedge pillow because it can be used for many different purposes, so it definitely will be very useful. When I purchased this, it was $35, a fair deal, but I wouldn’t pay more for it.

   This wedge pillow can be positioned in a variety of ways by flipping the two connect parts. They are held in place by hook and loop straps. The base has a good level of firmness. The provided pillow can be positioned wherever one needs it. That pillow has the true feel of memory foam, pleasant and squishable. One use of that pillow unrelated to use of the base is for side-sleepers to place between the knees. I tried that, and it worked well. But will squash down more that a firm one. I found for me that placing it at the wall or headboard in its tallest configuration and putting the pillow at the lower back was helpful for my back pain. Two other positions where it is in both the long and shorter wedge configuration with or without the pillow raise ones torso to help with gastric reflux issues. For some situations, a standard pillow that does not compress so much might give better neck support. There is also an odd position that could help, in a few cases, reflux conditions. I find that having my chest down sometimes helps. That is place yourself over that wedge with stomach facing down, but on the wedge. Then dangle your head down from the wedge towards the bed. This wedge helps with that. I included pictures of the tall configuration and side view for reading or gastric relief, a shorter configuration and the side view, slant for back sleeping, the pillow all by itself for keeping knees apart, and the wedge away from the wall incase one wanted to try chest down. Note the listing shows an image of the 10 ways they suggest to use it. All there images are good references to use. One can also use it to raise one’s knees while back sleeping. I tested that, but mine were raised too much for my taste. The wedge pillow system can be used in multiple positions for comfort.
