I was hesitant with using this chair at first, but after reassurance from the seller I gave it a try. So happy I did! It drives super easy & easy touch joy stick. I did mute the greeting message as it is loud & not appropriate in quiet office. It stays muted, I dont have to keep resetting. I do wish it folded up a bit more but it is super easy to get folded up. The battery life is AMAZING. It comes with 2. The bigger one last me days one charge & having the storage bag for the other one gives me confidence that I can go anywhere anytime. The batteries are light weight too. I cannot lift the chair myself into my car due to my mobility issues but people are willing to help me when I ask. Most of the weight is on the driving wheels, if they were quick release, I would be able to then lift it myself. I like the back & full push bar not just handles. They are higher than a regular wheelchair & can unlock the motors & freely push the chair. The seller communication is great too! I had an issue with a noise & they responded within a day wirh videos & suggestions to fix that did work. They check in with me regularly to be sure it is working & that I’m happy with it. If debating about this chair just get it & try it!!
