I have Parkinson’s and cervical stenosis. I have surgery coming up for my neck that requires my sleeping sitting up for the first two nights. Since I don’t have a decent recliner, I needed to figure out something with my bed. I ended up buying a *three piece wedge pillow* that actually can be adapted very easily into 20 different positions to address various health issues. It was pretty cheap in comparison to other alternatives. I found it to be very comfortable , easy to move around, and I love the fact that it addresses so many different health issues with its 20 different positions. Besides addressing my first need, this pillow solved a couple of problems for me that I hadn’t even anticipated. For one thing, *it made it way easier to get in and out of bed.* PD can make you feel very stiff at night and make it hard to move around in bed. This product addressed that beautifully. Secondly, *sleeping in a sitting up position makes my bladder less susceptible to urges to go pee.* The first two nights that I used this pillow, I did not go to the bathroom the entire night! I barely felt any urge. I wish I had known about this product when I had my knee surgery because it offers a variety of ways to support your legs. I hope this product helps you as much as it has helped me.
