I bought this to use while recovering from shoulder surgery and it helped a LOT. The modular aspect allowed me to sit up during the day and recline at night, staying as comfortable as possible. And it is comfortable, supportive and conforming without being squishy. The attachment points keep things from sliding around so there weren’t any unexpected slips but they were easily undone when I wanted to change things around. The width was great, no worries about sliding off to the sides or anything. Honestly I don’t know how my recovery would have gone without it.
