I just came home from the most painful back surgery one can have. Lower back fusions on multiple layers and join reconstruction. I ordered this pillow while I was in the hospital hoping it was going to be comfy. I had a GREAT night The wedge is firm enough your spine doesn’t flex, but cushiony enough that it is comfortable and the head rest pillow was the perfect amount of support.

With my SI joint problem, I had been sleeping in my recliner chair for months. I discovered this product and now I can sleep in my bed. With all the possible adjustments (watch the product videos), I can get it positioned just right to avoid pain and get a decent, pain-free, night’s sleep. I’m thankful that I found this product for a reasonable price, too.

I loved using this after my open myomectomy surgery .. it was the only way I could be comfortable!! The variety in positions helped me throughout the day! I used 3 weeks. Yes, the Velcro sticks and makes the fabric fuzzy.. but I don’t really care about that!! The support and functionality for my sleep quality beats the fuzziness! lol
