I’m 6′ 2″, 225#. The girl in the picture might be half that. I say this because this unit takes up a lot of space and if you are tall, expect your feet to hang over the end of the mattress quite a bit. I wish I could give a higher rating, but…Pros: The design, various ways you can set up the pillows, coating used on the back of the large pillow which keeps it from sliding and the small head pillow, are spot on.Cons: The covering material is not breathable and causes back sweat if you use this for more than a short time. Putting a towel beneath your back is not really an option…it’s a large, slanted pillow.The foam inside the back pillow is very hard. After about 20 hours of use, it never soften up like memory foam. Very uncomfortable.For maybe $30.00 this might be “acceptable”. But for $70.00, nope. Item returned to Galenus Medical for refund.
