I had a hip replacement last week. I was given the basic walker when I left the hospital. It was lightweight, no wheels, flimsy. I had to lift it with each step. I couldn’t hold much on it w a bag because it was too light and could top over. This walker is amazing. It allows me to actually walk vs do a one step movement. The wheels are large and move in all directions making easier to handle. I have used it indoors and outdoors. On tile, wood, cement , rocks , grass and mud. It holds quite a bit also. And I don’t worry that it will fall over if I put something in the basket that may be a little heavy. Love the color. Easy to put together and easy to adjust. I am 50 and was in decent shape before my surgery. So the basic model was not too difficult but it was still hard to maneuver. This is night and day. If you are able to afford to get it do. I don’t know if Medicare and Medicaid will write this off. I definitely recommend it for older adults that may have difficulty with rehab. This will make it easier to recover quicker. There is also a seat. Because of my hip replacement I am unable to use the seat because it is a bit too low at this time. In any other case the seat would be great. It’s sturdy. This is a great walker for those that just need a walker for everyday life. Quality walker. We will be using this walker in the future I’m sure for other surgeries. It also comes with a small headlight for walking at night.
Grandma Chaos –
I bought this for my husband who is having a toe removed. His balance is going to be impaired for awhile, maybe forever. He needs something that will help him feel more stable and prevent falls without being too much trouble to deal with. This is the perfect solution. It folds easily so it’s very easy to put in the car. It’s very durable, but lighter than I expected so it’s easy for me to handle. The larger tires make it easier to maneuver compared to the small, fixed wheels that are usually on a walker. I really appreciate that the front wheels also rotate around 360degrees. It makes it glide better without a lot of strength. The brakes are on the handles giving him a lot more control. I also like that the seat part has a backrest. It gives him a little place to rest a bit and I could push him around in it if I really needed to.

This just arrived and none too soon. Hubby took a bad fall last night (again) and I knew he would not be happy about me ordering a rollator but after I easily put it together and he finished glaring and grumbling, he walked around with it, sat in it, played around with the light, checked out the brakes (which are not as grippy as I had expected them to be, don’t hold real well when he turns around and sits down in the seat, and is my only disappointment so far), he seems a little bit happy about the stability it provides to him moving around the house. Now we can get out and get him walking again and go places where he doesn’t have to remain in the car. All in the course of an hour he has changed his mind about using it, is impressed with how stout it is made and how well he can get around corners. The light is a brilliant addition and will serve him well in the middle of the night.I’ll write more on this later as we are only hours into day one but my husband’s attitude changed when he actually started using the red Tulur Rollator Series 9210 even if it was just around the house. We’re off to a promising start.I’ve done a lot of research on rollators and have found, personally, the value for the money is priceless. This seems like a very sturdy and stable rollator which was my most important criteria. It does not tip over as that was the first thing he tried to get it to do. Its light weight enough that I can fold it up and put it in the back of my SUV with ease, another of my criteria when I was looking. For day one, I am blissfully happy with my purchase!
