On first use, set the alternating air pressure pump to level 5 to speed up inflation, which should take about 12 minutes. After full inflation, adjust to level 3.5 for optimal comfort. Each adjustment takes approximately 4 minutes to stabilise the air pressure.

For a better experience: 1. Position the pump and air inlet at the foot of the bed; place a cushion between the pump’s hook and the bed edge for stability; 2. Cover the mattress with a thin blanket to enhance breathability and softness; 3. Ventilate the anti-bedsore mattress after unpacking.

  • To customize the mattress firmness and improve comfort, redistribute air by adjusting pump pressure settings. Pump offers 5 levels: Level 5 for firmest feel, Level 1 for softest. You can select preferred level.

  • Set pump to level 5 for quicker initial inflation. Wait 15 minutes for full inflation. Mattress will initially fully inflate and seem firmer, then cyclically inflate and deflate air cells. Sely connect air tube for first use and wait patiently.

  • The alternating pressure mattress pad is made of medical-grade PVC, safe for the body and easy to clean. It may have a faint odor initially, but airing it out overnight before use can help it dissipate. Adding a blanket on top can enhance comfort.

  • Make sure the air tube is sely connected and inserted correctly to avoid air leakage. Check for any blockages or twists in the tube that may hinder full inflation. Additionally, the air cells will not fully inflate in the low-level mode.

  • To prevent sliding issues, ensure the head and foot end pieces are sely tucked under the mattress for stability. Additionally, placing a thin blanket on top of the mattress can increase friction and reduce sliding.
