This alternating pressure mattress is great for someone bed ridden for long periods. It is very easy to set up, just plug the 2 air hoses into the mattress and pump and turn it on. It does take 10-5 minutes for it to air up. The air pump is adjustable making mattress less firm or more firm. The kit comes with a patch kit in case of small punctures to prevent leaks. The material is thick and should hold up for a long time.
