I like the functionality of the product and the ease of installation. My husband is bedridden and the product has alternating air pressure to help prevent skin breakdown and is comfortable and doesn’t hurt his body.

My 86 year old grandmother was having bed sores and complained her hospital bed was uncomfortable. Our nurse expressed the need for a device like this so we purchased and her sores have healed and she is sleeping like a baby again.

At first it was just loud. Then noticed the vibrations/sound through my pillow. I don’t sleep well at all using it. Continued to try to adapt to those issues when notice several spots/tubes becoming extremely hard, even though adjusted down to be softer. Now just going to have to take off bed.Disabled and had to wait until this month to get it on the bed. So I have lost the window to return. A waste of money on my part and back to looking for something to protect my hip and back area that I can afford having lost these funds.
