I bought this wedge pillow a little over two years ago to relieve my lower back pain and swelling in my legs. At the time I was in nursing school and was sitting a lot for lecture and studying, and standing a lot during my clinical days. I now work as a bedside nurse, and while I move more in my role, there is still a lot of standing and sitting throughout my 12+ hour shifts. After I get home and shower, the first thing I do, is prop up my legs on the wedge for 15 minutes. It really helps. It has held its shape and support in the 2+ years I have had it and it is easy to remove the cover for washing (and easy to put it back, too).

This thing has changed my life. My back hurt every morning. It hurt to get out of bed and my back hurt the whole day after. Pillows between my knees but they moved and weren’t as effective as I’d like. I’ve had the best nights sleep since buying this. It’s comfortable and amazing. If you wonder if you should get these, the answer is YES! It’s worth noting that I never right reviews but this one is worth the time!

I bought this for my knee replacement recovery and it was a life-saver! I had a lot of pain and having this made it easier to elevate my leg at the perfect angle-if there is such a thing after tkr! I have used it since when I slipped in the snow and hurt my back. It really helped to take the pressure off my lower. Good quality and price. Highly recommend!
