Right out of the box this walker is GREAT! Easy assembly, no tools, very well made, sturdy with great functions easy to adjust handles and glides smoothly. Bought a transport wheelchair from Drive and it is equally great. Good brand.

I had almost grown weary of looking at so many rollators, reading reviews and comparing prices, but I kept coming back to this one due to the great reviews, the quality of the product, and the price! It fit my needs of having a comfortable and wide enough seat; extension of handles for my 5’10 height; being within the weight bearing range of 234 lbs; light enough that I will be able to lift it in and out of the trunk of the car easily, even with my disability. The brakes work great, so there was no need for any adjustment. As my posture has changed since my recent hip replacement this walker helps me to stand up straighter than the aluminum walker did. It glides over carpet so easily and maneuvers corners great! The shipping was fast, ordered on a Wednesday night and received Friday morning. It was just wrapped in plastic, not a lot of protection, but nothing was broken or out of place. I put it together in about 20 minutes and it’s true that no tools are necessary. I’m pleased with this purchase!! Hope you will be too!

I joined the army of seniors pushing their walkers after a very serious fall and injury. Almost a year later and after surgery and many other procedures, I still use it at night in the apartment as my fear of falling makes it worth it.It works amazingly well, easy to push, easy to transport, has a built in storage cube under the seat, and the seat has a very comfortable back. Nothing to complain about, except growing older:-((((
