I bought this for my husband following a leg amputation in 2023. He is 349 lbs, supposedly this chair is rated for 400lbs.So far the seat is ripping out around the screws, most of the plastic caps have fallen out, and the front holder for the left armrest has snapped off.Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk or your loved one could end up like mine with an unstable chair that gives him cuts and sores.Now it is not even 2 years and the bracket holding one of the front wheels actually snapped in half . If I could rate this -100 stars I would.

Good product all around. Came out of the box ready to sit down in. For a heavy duty chair it’s easy to move and turn. My only gig would be that the tires kinda squeak on the wood floor.

This is a very sturdy wheelchair. I can’t recommended it for long trips because it’s 50 pounds without the footrests. I do recommend it for short trips and around the house. But it’s pretty heavy to lug around. If you’re looking for a light travel chair, please keep shopping.
