This truly is the greatest way to own a wheelchair, ever! This arrives fully put together with the exception of the foot rests, which are easily attached. It opens and expands like a folded up beach or stadium/tailgating portable chair! It’s lightweight yet sturdy and comes in its own carrying bag! I thought perhaps the lower cost or “wheelchair in a bag” idea might make it a semi-shoddy product, but it is AWESOME! It’s even a lightweight carry in that bag in which it arrives inside the box. Breaks down back into the bag just as easily. So, for those of you with someone in your life who needs help like this only when faced with a lot of walking, due to any reason, i.e., age, injury, post-surgery recovery, etc., , but you don’t want to spend a fortune, this is the chair for you! The friend I pushed around in it today said he was very comfortable and the chair itself is easy to push and maneuver. And this is coming from someone who had to push him while dealing with my own knee injury, so I can’t say enough good things about it. The back wheels are easy to lock as well. Great purchase, high quality, will be used for many years! Highly recommended!

This a a great chair if you are traveling a lot. I took this to Dubai from the states and pushed my pregnant wife around in it to many different sites as well as a few of their huge malls. This chair endured many miles around and can handle bumpy uneven roads. Setup and tear down is a snap one you’ve done it quite a few times. Also, the bag is a great addition and durable as well. This is a great value for the money! The only thing it needs is a pocket on the back like their other models but I brought a bag along.

Pretty happy with this transport wheelchair. We normally use a Convaid Rodeo stroller for my daughter, but it’s too bulky to travel with, and we’ve had issues with the airlines damaging previous strollers. So we bought this for our trip to Asia. It’s exactly what we needed, sacrificing a little bit of comfort for portability and mobility. We added a few things to make it more comfortable and safe. First, a gait belt or walking-transfer belt to my daughter won’t just fall out of the wheelchair. Then I added an elastic “travel belt for luggage” as a way to keep her legs from coming off from the feet holders. I also added a tote bag to the handles so I could keep and transport the accessories. One thing that bothers me a little bit is that the front castor wheel vibrates or flutter when you walk too fast. I need to tighten down the front wheels.
