   42lb Aluminum frame Wheelchair is beyond amazing. Instructions super easy. It was fully charged when i got it. There are 5 battery level lights on the Joy stick. I bought this to help a couple of friends and my Mother-in-law. They can only walk short distances. So i took it out on the road in my neighborhood and it is fantastic. There is a bit if resistance when pushing manually. (Joy stick MUST be OFF!.) But if you were going down a hill in manual you would be happy there was some resistance. The rider has no way of stopping manually. It is nice looking and the pad was very comfortable. I was thinking of getting a thicker pad but i think it is fine the way it is. When the wheelchair was in transit, it happened to go on sale 20% off. I contacted the seller and they said they would credit me and they did!!! I cannot speak on battery life yet. There is a charge plug portal on the Joy stick and on the outside of the battery behind a round (fold aside) flap. So you can use either or. Folds easy and is not cumbersome. I picked it up and went up 3 steps into and out of the house with no issues. The 42lb weight is so reasonable. Super sturdy aluminum frame. I am over 200lbs and i felt very secure riding around. There are 5 different speeds. Just hit the plus button and you know what speed you are on by the 5 lights. The speed is fine. Beware of sharp dips and bumps as it can bottom out. I don’t see a need to go any faster than it does at highest speed level. So at this point i am thrilled!!!!

   Updated Review after a week of use: This machine works flawlessly. Plenty of power and speed. You can pull straight into an elevator and do a 360 in a very tight radius. It is the most independent item I purchased since getting cancer. Look no further as this is a bargain for the price!!! Hope this helps…Original feedback:….I did a exhausting amount of research before I decided on which power wheelchair to purchase. Low profile and fairly lightweight were important. Remarkable controls and so so easy to navigate. I am fighting stage 4 lung cancer and my mobility has been drastically compromised without being extremely winded and out of breath.Most importantly, this chair has brought me such confidence and independence I can’t even begin to explain. Why spend $1000.00 to $6000.00 on a chair that is heavier and does the exact thing. However, I can’t yet speak to the longevity of the battery. This was delivered within 3 days of purchase and absolutely 100% love it so much. I will report back on longevity of charge as I use it over the coming weeks.
