   Many reviewers say the “breaks” don’t work. (The “breaks” people also butcher “to, too, and two”). These brakes operate exactly as designed, not to slow down or stop a moving rollator, but intended to anchor the thing after it is completely stopped. Purpose – so that if you are standing in front of it, intending to sit down, it does not roll backward all by itself just as you are almost seated, dumping you on the floor. The quality of construction is the best you will find anywhere. I don’t see how they could deliver a product this good at the price they wanted. When used as a walker support, pushed by the owner from the rear, the owner can flip the seat back support so he can sit down from the rear just to rest a bit. But if he is being pushed by another person, he can rotate the support for his feet to the front to prevent his feet them from scraping on the concrete. To do that, he must flip the seat back support before he sits down, and then walk around to the front to sit down. The support for the rider’s feet can be removed in 2 seconds. If the rollator is being used in the home, where it is being used without pushing help from another person, the foot support can be put in a cardboard box in the car trunk, for use on another day for going down hospital corridors. Easy removal, no tools needed.

   The Rollator Walker is great and very versatile going from walker to a wheelchair, I have two items I would like to see improve, the first is that the smaller wheels do not make it easier on rough terrain it needs a larger set of wheels on the back side. Next, is the seat the sewing was not a good strong stitching I had the chair for a month and the front of the seat area on the left side ripped about 3-4 inches in length.

   I am very pleased with this product. At 290 lbs, heavy set woman in my late 50’s this chair is very easy to open and close, it’s extremely sturdy and I have ample seating room. The only con is the seat needs to have some type of cushion. I have to place a piece of foam on the edge of the seat because it is rough and it hurts the back of my knees without it.
