This pillow was a lifesaver after my surgery! It provided the perfect amount of support and comfort for my neck and head, helping me stay propped up and avoid putting pressure on my stitches. I recently purchased this pillow combo because I have having nasal surgery and was required to sleep upright for two weeks. This has made it very easy to do. The first night was a little rough more so because I wasn’t used to sleeping that way but It became easier each night. The wedge for the legs is extremely functional and in my opinion necessary if you have to rest in this position. The design is great and allows support and movement while still being firm and comfortable! Overall… I am 100% keeping this for any future scenarios I may need it. It has made it so much easier to sleep while recovering from this surgery. I recommend it 1000 times over!!!

These pillows work well enough. Quality of the pillows is good. As others said, they did move around. We tried using a yoga mat under them for grip and that did help. If you are using these for any length of time like a surgery, definitely get this one with the extra piece under your butt. Sitting reclined for a long time puts a lot of pressure on your butt and lower back. That small piece (that many of these pillow sets don’t have) really helped. Also ..I could not sleep reclined with these for more than two nights and had to switch to a wedge pillow for reflux. These are great for watching TV or reading in bed but less so for longer use.
