Do Not Buy! I brought this for my adult son who has a severe TBI and is bed bound. It has never worked and when I reported it through Galenus Medical I was told to contact the seller who troubleshooting it and could not resolve the problem. The seller then told me to get back with Galenus Medical who said it was too late to return it so I’ve spent all this money on a product that doesn’t work. I’m exhausted and frustrated. Do not buy.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. An error in delivery occurred. Air mattress was originally delivered to the wrong address. This seller was very prompt in sending out another mattress. We are so very pleased and happy with the mattress. Very easy to set up. No fuss no muss. Awesome service from the seller. My husband shows no signs of grimacing when in a sitting position as he did in a regular hospital mattress. Many thanks to the seller in a prompt response to a wrong delivery.
