I waited several months to write this review to make sure I was correct. This pillow is amazing! I have tried many pillows over the past few years and all have disappointed me. I used to wake up with headache or neck ache multiple times a week every week until I stumbled upon this pillow. I have not had one issue since finding it and I sleep like a baby! The pillow is soft but supportive and super comfy. Do yourself a favor and buy it!

I purchased this pillow to replace a couple very old regular poly-fill pillows, which were pretty much done for. I was also dealing with a pinched C5/C6 nerve in my neck. I found this pillow to be very comfortable, and it has just the right amount of firmness for proper support while side sleeping. It’s thickness also makes it quite comfortable for people with broad shoulders. The combination of those two factors, went a long way towards alleviating pressure from the pinched nerve, allowing me to be able to sleep.On top of that, it stays fairly cool in use, and doesn’t get warm while you’re sleeping, like a regular pillow will.

I hope this helps someone. This pillow feels like a very firm sponge, but it is quite pleasant when you rest your head on it. However, the pillow is very high, and I strongly don’t discourage it for those dealing with double or triple chins. My entire back hurt a lot, and I even felt a pull in the kidney area. As soon as I switched back to my flatter pillow, the pain disappeared. Therefore, my conclusion is that I absolutely did not like this pillow. If you want to avoid issues with posture, the cervical area, and do not want to develop a double or triple chin, do not buy it. Opt for something lower in height.
