The scooter arrived with all of its parts included(there was none missing). The air in the tires were low, so we had to fill those. I first took this scooter around a block; the first problem, I had noticed was a light scraping noise. I think it only does it on tar roads where little rocks get up in its breaks. Minor problem mainly. I ran it 8 hours steady from Up North Minnesota, to Chicago, Illinois. I did a four day trip to Up North MN. There was long paths, and hills. It handled the hills really well surprisingly. But sometimes I had to use my break when going down hill because it wants to go on its own very quickly. I don’t find that to be a not a big problem, just need more practice with it. It can go on gravel well. Just don’t go in deep puddles with it, or when it rains. Luckily it didn’t rain when I was Up North. I could use it everyday😊. Don’t go off curves with it either, it would be a rather uncomfortable ride. The turn radius is fine with it, I just need more practice with it. Not that difficult to learn. It runs pretty smooth as far as stability. I mean, I ran it 8 hours steady each day, and it didn’t die. Just make sure you charge it the night before. It is a very heavy scooter. Don’t lift it with one person, you need two people. It does fit nicely in a car, or van. When I took it to Chicago for four days, it again ran very smoothly. I was able to run it all day without an issue. Then again; when you’re lifting it, remember two people. I took it downtown Chicago. I could keep up with my family. I was very happy with it. I even took to the Bean. The battery lasted. Even my family was like how come the battery isn’t going down. It has an amazing battery life. I love the blue color. I also took the scooter to Lincoln Park Zoo, and Adler Planetarium. There was tight spaces, and I yet could still get around with it😊. It did not rain either in Chicago. If had rained, I could not of used it.In the future, I plan on taking this scooter with me everywhere! It’s a lifesaver when your walker can’t handle hills. The battery only takes four hours to charge. It seems so quick! There are a few pics of the scooter next to the bean in Chicago. The other three are from Northern Minnesota where the scooter is sitting. The other one pic is of it sitting in the garage at home. I highly recommend. The only thing, I haven’t tried yet, is taking this scooter to the airport. I hope this scooter is airport friendly. If I ever do take this scooter to the airport, I will update my review with that experience. But all in all, I really love this scooter. It’s not really brand specific, but I still love it even though. Yes, I highly recommend this scooter. I am an disabled adult, and this scooter really helped me get around on my 2 trips!

Pros: Love having the 3 speeds, and it goes up to 11 mph which makes this scooter twice as fast as the average 4 wheel scooter, but obviously the third speed may be too fast for some. This scooter has a 30 mile radius per charge, and it is powerful for going up hills. The throttle works like a motorcycle, where you use your whole hand, not just the thumb. The scooter easily folds in half making it very compact for loading in my compact’s trunk.Cons: The scooter arrived in poor condition, it took many hours of work to get everything adjusted properly. The wheels were way out of alignment, and it only turned to the right. It looks like these are assembled with essentially no quality control. Both front wheels were also bent, probably from poor shipping care from Federal Express, and the packaging could be batter. We tried to get seller Lelekuai to replace the damaged parts, but after week there was no response. I reported the seller to Galenus Medical but all they could do was to return the whole scooter for a refund and start over again.Verdict: Great performance for the money, but be prepared to do some work to make it work properly.
