I was unsure about buying a scooter. Started looking and settled on this one. Reviews were good. Placed my order and it was in with in the week. I was very impressed with the timing. My sister inlaw put it in the back of the suv and got it to my home. Had my nephew help me take it out of the box. Everything went together easily. Came with a tool pouch, but the only tool I used was the allen wrench to put the cup holder on. Put it on the charger and waited. It was pretty much charged. My son got home from school so I hopped on my scooter cause I can’t walk due to a broken ankle and rode it up the front house where my brother and sister inlaw live. It was faster than I thought and a smoother ride. I was very impressed. Seat is comfortable. Can’t say anything else than that. But for now with just a week in. Thank you and the price is affordable too. Sorry no pics right now. Hard for me to get around. Love the blue color too.

I thought I was getting the back basket too. Which I did not, but I’ve been loving the increased mobility I have acquired since my purchase. It seems like the charge really will last the 15 miles that it claims to. The pink gets a lot of compliments. I also really like that the seat turns all the way around so you can turn sideways if you’re just sitting and talking tp someone or if you need both feet on the ground together to stand. I’m 5’9” and can sit it it comfortably for a day at Disney. I think if it had a taller back rest it would be better for people with bad backs but that’s not my issue.
