Saw this Nova Phoenix Rise Up walker/rollator at a show room locally but they were charging more and not including the bag and cane holder the QR code shows so I came online and was VERY happy to find one (in purple!) for my mom! All pieces were included. The instructions were a bit frustrating, but that’s not the seller’s fault (it is NOT difficult to put together, I just found them confusing as the photos are close ups of individual pieces). The packaging was decent- one of the handle bars had a very compressed foam hand hold piece, but hoping that will puff up as it’s no longer compressed in the box. The product shipped in the box identifying what it was (I was not given the option to hide the packaging at checkout).My concern is (in my area this is a frequent issue) FedEx did NOT ring my doorbell. I put those instructions in at check out. I have this issue with all delivery services in my area, but because the package was handed off to FedEx, the delivery notifications were delayed via the Galenus Medical tracking. Seeing as this is an expensive and important piece of equipment, and I did not see a way to require a signature upon delivery, I was happy I had not left my house ten minutes earlier or it would have sat out in the open for two hours and no one would have realized it had been delivered.So far, mom is very happy with the product! It’s not as adjustable as other upright rolling walkers I have seen, but it was half the price and the fun colors and available customizable add-ons have her very excited to have this for her first ever upright mobility aid. Very much hoping this helps improve her posture, core strength, and general mobility, along with the hand pain she’s developed as she will no longer hunch down towards the more common options.

First off, this is an incredibly well designed walker! It is easily adjustable for people taller than I am (I am 6’ tall). It is very very solid and easily maneuverable. It comes substantially assembled with excellent instructions to guide you through what remains and how to use it. This was a big big improvement over other units I tried.This is the unit you want, hands down.Now for the disappointing news: it came with numerous scratches where the frame obviously got banged up after painting, and then someone did a crude job covering it up with touch up paint which didn’t completely match. Basically, it was scratched and patched in several places. It is carelessness on the part of the team who assemble these. If you paid a similar price for a bicycle, you would justly expect the paint to be new and without blemish. This unit really should have been advertised and sold as a factory reject. If I had purchased from a store, I would definitely have returned it for exchange. It is more painful to return to Galenus Medical than I really want to deal with.So, really excellent walker, but with a pretty significant drawback.

I love the foldability. I love the color. This glides well. It helps ensure good posture. The arm rests reduce the pressure on my hands and wrists (I have chronic hand pain). The bag is adequate for my belongings. The seat works well for me when I need to rest.

Keeps my mom upright! We had a 3 wheel walker for her but she kept leaning down on the handles, which wasn’t good at all. Upgraded her to 4 wheels and the upright arm supports and now she is walking upright again. Thank heavens!

This walker helps make your walking natural after walking with a cane or standard walker, because there is plenty of room to expand your leg forward. I could go faster more comfortably with this walker. Also this maneuvers nicely over rocks and grass.
