NPUAP and AHRQ guidelines suggest using a lateraly inclined position when turning patients to help avoid pressure on the hip. Other angles of incline are available.

Great size and perfect for sleeping.

Very good product. Stiff enough to hold you on your side, but spongy enough to be comfortable. I am disabled, and this bed wedge pillow helps me stay on my side, whereas without it, I cannot lay on my side. I used to use pillows, but this wedge is far more effective.

I just don’t like the cover and it is smaller than I thought it would be. I used it for a while but have gone back to using a pillow between my knees again. More comfy and I can be on my side with a pillow.
