I am so glad I ordered this peoduct. We used it for my mom who had cancer and was bedridden . We were very happy that we were able to move her without any pain. It was easy to use and great for my mom.

There was no dislikes with this product. We ordered for an event with a long high staircase. It came out of the package ready to use. It was sturdy and well made. I really liked the 4 handles and the extra seat belts for across the chest making the person being carried feel secured. At the event we attended, we were also able to use the chair lift for other guests of the event who were having trouble navigating the stairs. A definite great buy.
