What a GREAT little scooter!! I’m in love with it:)…It runs very smoothly and I can hear the low murmur of the battery at its best! It was pretty simple to put together, although we noticed right away that two screws and nuts to attach one of the arms were missing. I contacted the Seller by email and received their reply within 24 hrs., as promised. They have sent a new pair of arm rest (although I only need the screws and nuts!). Anyway, the scooter is now ready for my next adventure. It does run at a fair speed and I was quite pleased with it, as well as the ease of folding it up and pivoting the back wheels into my car…a simple and fast loading! Much easier than the break apart in 5 pieces of my previous one. I have added a cell phone holder to the left handle as I always use my cell for directions, and it’s a great help. The Seller has responded promptly, within the promised 24 hrs., to all my questions and requests for information. I’m extremely pleased! Let’s hope it last…can’t tell about it yet, as I have just received it. I do recommend wholeheartedly!UPDATE: I recently took a 2 week vacation, scooter along. Per airline regulations, was only able to have ONE battery on the scooter to take with me on the plane with my carry-on. It performed beautifully. All drivers (taxi, Uber) were impressed with the low weight of it, remarking that they all – to a one! – found it much lighter than any others handled in the past. That was my main concern with the previous scooter I had. It makes my traveling possible and super-easy!:)

This is exactly what I have been looking for – perfect in every way for my needs. 1. It was a snap to put together, unfold it, a few easy screws, charge the battery and that’s it. 20 minutes including charging time.2. Took it for a 3 mile test drive and it worked perfectly. This included some pretty hilly terrain. And had plenty of battery left. You can read exactly how much battery is remaining on the dash. Driving it is easy and fun. Just set the speed you want (it has plenty of speed) and pull the forward paddle and away you go. Just release the and the electric break comes on and the scooter stops immediately. The left paddle is for reverse and the right is forward.3. It has easy foldability. Just pull the red knobs on the back of the chair and push forward and the chair goes to the floor. Then loosen the knob on the bottom of the steering pole and pull back and that is it. It is now folded into a small package.4. Next, I loaded into the back of my SUV. It weights around 50 pounds and you can make it even lighter if you remove the batteries. And if you want to make it even easier to load, just lift the front end in your car and then the back end so you are only lifting half the weight at a time. I am 82 years old and I had no problem at all loading it in my car. It is truly lightweight and at the same time, it is very well made.I rarely write reviews on products I purchase but this product meets all my needs; it is extremely functional and easy to use; its lightweight and its great folding quality makes it just what I have been looking for.

We recently purchased the mobility scooter (Model 985) for my husband. He has lung problems and difficulty walking any distance at all. Even around the house, he gets winded just going from room to room. We decided to get the scooter so we would have more freedom in going places. The instruction booklet is not the most user friendly as grammar not the best & hard to figure out sometimes what they were talking about but we got it together. He gave it a good tryout last week in an indoor flea market. The building was huge and we were in there 2-3 hours but he was able to go with us the entire time because he was riding. His legs did get a little tired/cramped from being in the same position but he got off & walked a bit and then back to riding. One of the best things about this scooter is it can be folded up & fits easily in the back of our SUV. The weight is not bad at all either to get it in & out. We are certainly glad we bought it and hope to get a lot of good use from it.
