The past few nights has been equivalent to the naps I use to take as a kid. Im 300 lbs a big and tall fella this things holds me up firm in the perfect position with an additional pillow or its best without.All of the pressures that I was experiencing has gone away. All of the back,side and neck pain vanished. I allowed this device to expand for 24-48 hours and immediately began using it. Highly recommend especially if you like to sit up and read or watch tv from bed.

This Sasttie Wedge Pillow, 12 Inch Memory Foam Bed Wedge Pillow for Sleeping, Acid Reflux, Back Pain, Post Surgery, and Snoring, Designed with Washable Cover, Cool Gray is working out just as I wanted it to.I have an 8-yr-old adjustable bed frame and the head motor is dying. I figured for the cost of repair or a new adjustable bed, which I’ll just have to worry about again in a few years, I would instead get more pillows. I wanted some head elevation and figured if/when I want more I’ll just add more regular bed pillows. This is exactly what I have been doing now for about a week and it’s working out great. I move the standard and king pillows around as I want and I am just as comfortable (maybe even more so) as I was with my adjustable bed frame.The size is great for my queen bed and if I really want to I can add a second one of these wedge pillows and have the elevation all the way across the head of the bed. I washed the cover today and hung it to dry and put it back on the foam pillow easy-peasy. The great price was just the icing on the cake.

This wedge pillow works even better than expected. It’s soft and comfortable but sturdy and doesn’t “sink in”. Love that it has anti slip back. Not heavy and easily moved. It’s plenty wide and has pockets on each side for smaller items like remote controls. Also height is perfect from hips to top of head with room to go. For reference, I’m 5’5”.
