I can’t say enough good things about this particular product. I got it so that I can stay in bed comfortably while perusing my phone or reading books. Because I have neck problems, sitting in bed has been an issue and I can’t remain comfortable for too long. I use this wedge by placing it on top of my other pillows so that I can sit up even higher, and then I rest my arms on the armrest which puts them at a good distance for reading or looking on my phone without straining my neck. The neck rest really helps to keep my spine in alignment, and I am genuinely more comfortable. This is the whole purpose of getting this product, and what makes it even better is that the cover zips off and can be cleaned if necessary, and the cover itself is extremely soft and velvety. It does not have any odor, and when my 80 year-old mother comes to visit, she really looks forward to stealing this from me to use in the guest room. I guess I better get another one. 😉

I’m 31 weeks pregnant and can’t really sleep on my back/stomach like I did pre-pregnancy and I tried to be a side sleeper but it is just not for me and I have such bad round ligament pain that it’s really uncomfortable in the morning. I bought this so I could sleep at at least a 30-45 degree incline (recommended if you’re going to be on your back pregnant), and it’s perfect for sleeping. Very happy with it.

If you look at the photo, pretty much what you see is what you get. Somehow in my mind I thought this was going to be a pillow that allowed me to sit up a bit more upright than this does. However, I can’t fault this product for that as, again, the photo shows the angle of this pillow and it is not adjustable. I do like that this pillow adjust as it does. It is fairly comfy and the fabric is soft with the color of the fabric also pretty true to the photo. It would be nice if the arm rests could also adjust. They do not.
