Might be the smartest decision I’ve ever made in my life. (Note: I AM a loser. you are cor-rect! And YOU have been blessed with great instincts and intelligence. you’re going places kiddo!)Seriously though if you’re floundering between the 7″ or 12″ I think the 12″ is a better height for watching tv in bed. But thats just one losers opinion. Good luckOh PS and whatnot…the pillow itself is well made and it’s comfortable. Haven’t needed to wash it yet or remove the cover. If my opinion changes I’ll try to remember to let you know. But so far very good. Peace

Works great! Extremely comfy and supportive! Definitely worth it especially if stuck in bed for any long periods or if you just want extra support in bed .
