   I have had this pillow for about a week and I have used it consistently every day since it arrived, so I consider it to be a great purchase!The size is larger than I expected, which was a good surprise. I including a comparison photo with my standard woman hand so you can better imagine the size. The pillow itself is fairly firm but has some give to it. There are two pockets on the side, but have different entry holes so you can use a pocket whether you have the pillow propped up or laying down.I purchased this pillow so I can use it for when I am working or reading in bed. It works great for that, but I have also found myself using it on the couch a lot. I work from home so I work from my couch often. This pillow makes that much more comfortable and gives support to my back/neck.I also have been using this pillow to keep me elevated while sleeping, because I snore occasionally and suspect that I have mild sleep apnea. While I am not sure if my snoring or sleeping have improved yet, I do like going to bed and falling asleep on it. I find the angle nice and the pillow is wide enough for me to rest my shoulders/arms on it as well.No downsides to this pillow; it is good quality for the price and does its job. I do wish that it came with another pillowcase, however.

   This wedge pillow has been a lifesaver for my back and legs! The 8-inch elevation is just right—not too steep—and it offers excellent support whether I’m sleeping, reading, or just lounging in bed. The foam top is soft yet firm enough to keep its shape, and it doesn’t sink in like cheaper pillows I’ve tried. I especially appreciate the washable cover, which makes keeping it clean super easy. It’s great for post-surgery recovery, acid reflux relief, or just improving sleep posture. A fantastic addition to my bedroom essentials.

   I bought this to use in my spare bedroom for times when I get a cold or have insomnia and I don’t want to wake my husband up. I have sleep apnea and switching my CPAP machine to a separate room in the middle of the night is irritating. So I figured if I was propped up maybe the sleep apnea wouldn’t occur. It didn’t work for that use, but I loved sitting it up so I could watch a show our listen to my podcasts in comfort. The memory foam is nice and soft and cushy. I love that it has 2 pockets for my cell phone, glasses and tissues. And I love that it has a zippered washable pillowcase. I just couldn’t get used to actually sleeping on it. By morning I find that I have worked my way to the bottom of the pillow. If I was incapacitated and told by a doctor I’d have to use this type of pillow to lie in bed, this would be the most comfortable one for that. Many years ago my mom used a solid foam one by doctors orders and when she passed away I inherited it. This new memory foam gel pillow is a vast improvement over that old foam one!
