This device truly exceeded my expectations! Easy to use, multiple settings…I find that using the remote is easier than the app which is not so user friendly…IMHO (may just be me). This tens unit is excellent.

Micro usb port does not fit well into either remote or device.Directions are brief. For me they were difficult to follow.My phone would not accept the APP.Remote was confusing…no directions for use.I’m sorry I bought it.

The first thing I saw was the well designed packaging – top notch. The handheld controller and two receivers together in a plastic case. I had some trouble figuring out how to open the case, but there is a lock/unlock guide on the clear side, just press case between hands and rotate the clear side as indicated. Underneath is a box containing instructions, gel pads, carry case, and instructions.Two sets of instructions are included – one for using the handheld controller and the other for using the system with an app on your phone. I didn’t want the app, so I opted to use the controller. Super easy set up. While they come somewhat charged, I recommend charging the devices up before using. The two blue receivers “snap” together with magnets. Once together, just plug in the usb charging cable. Lights on each device indicate charging status. The handheld controller shows status of it’s battery in the LCD display. Once charged, just press the power button on the controller for five seconds. You’ll see some activity. When the receivers connect you’ll see their battery status in the top left of the display.There are many types of treatment options. Just amazing how they’ve figured out how to control the electricity so you actually feel a massage, accupressure, pulsing, and a host of other options.The receivers use a magnetic connection to the gel pads. Remove the backing and place where needed. Turn on the device, select which channel and mode you want and then press the center “go” button. The lowest level worked well for me. It can go to an extreme level if needed, so be careful with the up and down buttons!The gel pads removed easily and can be reused many times. Just be sure the backing is clean and you don’t let any dirt/dust/whatever get on the sticky side of the gel pad.I have a much less expensive TENS unit that I liked, but the cables were a pain and it wasn’t feasible to use at work or when out and about. This wireless model is A+ in design and function. My only wish list item would be updating the charging connector. It uses an older style USB plug while the current standard is USBC. Not a huge deal, but it means you need to keep track of the cable.
