The handles of the walker are broken. We tried to call the number we got in the receipt but they said that they are not the right company. We would like to return the product for a new one or get our money back. We want an action ASAP. Thank you.

This is a conveniently portable walker that readily folds up or opens by simply moving handles apart or towards each other. No clips or clamps or tighteners to adjust. Video shows unit opening but it closes just as easily. I was worried that no locking feature may be a safety issue but really the unit is stable and not once did I experience unit folding on itself. Walker is very sturdy, weighing in at 15lbs and the wheels are soft with good traction and quiet operation. As brakes are soft, they can leave marks on hardwood floors or tile so if using indoors be aware and note that it takes a bit of elbow grease to clean marks off floor. Brakes work well moving forward, less so in reverse as the unit is very light. The feature that was very helpful was the speed governor. You adjust either turtle or rabbit to enable the walker wheels to move freely or with some resistance. This is quite helpful if the person using it tends to lean forward or if going down a slight slope. I had recently visited an elderly person whose walker did not have this feature. They have to use the brakes continuously when going down a slope and they are not always successful. This walker would remedy that with a quick turn of the adjustment dial. The instructions are okay but could benefit from english editing. Manual cautions against placing anything on the walker when it is not in use, i.e. folded up in trunk or back seat. It would be nice if there was a storage case.
